Please note that I do not prescribe benzodiazepines in my practice, such as Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, Valium, etc. I do not provide therapy services.

I take all commercial insurances EXCEPT Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, and I do not take Medicaid/HUSKY or Medicare. Husky patients CANNOT be legally seen out of pocket, you must see a network provider.
